Bereavement Support
On the last Thursday of each month the Bereavement Support Group meets between 10am – 11.30am in the Church complex. Coffee and tea are available. It is an opportunity to meet members of our Pastoral Care team and talk over any issues surrounding the loss of a loved one. Sometimes a shoulder to cry on is all that is needed, other times a re-enforcement of faith is needed and still other times it is practical issues that need resolved.
On the first Sunday in December, at 3pm, we hold a ‘Time to Remember’ Service in the Church. This is a time of worship to give thanks for all whom we have loved and lost.
Our Pastoral Care team is co-ordinated by Alasdair Campbell, our Parish Grouping Assistant, and is available to talk to people at any time. If you know of people who would like a visit and a chat, or people who are in hospital, please contact Alasdair (726238) and let him know.
