Kirk Session

Session Clerk: Isobel Macfarlane

Dalgety Parish Church operates under a unitary constitution. The Kirk Session has oversight of the whole life and service of the church within the parish of Dalgety; responsibility for the spiritual and temporal oversight of the congregation’s affairs. The Kirk Session normally meets 4 times a year.

There are 36 Elders and 3 Kirk Session groups which deal with congregational matters (including pastoral care), community affairs and support services.


Leadership Team

Convenor: Interim Moderator

The Leadership Team consists of the Minister, Parish Assistant, Session Clerk and the Convenors of the 3 Kirk Session groups.

The Leadership Team meet prior to a Kirk Session Meeting to review the work of each of the groups, consider any issues and finalise the agenda for the Kirk Session meeting.
